It has taken a couple of weeks to fully get used to it and all the positions, but you will not be disappointed at all.
But honestly it is a nice, responsive keyboard with 4 rows, a dedicated ".com" space and well thought out options for your messaging, enter and shift keys. Pantech has made a nice phone here, but isn't it annoying when something stops short of great? The keyboard is very spacious, although I do have to admit it is a drawback of the style of the phone to not be able to work it with one hand. AT&T has very few options, and this was similar to the EnV products on Verizon.

I liked the Impact because I wanted the full keyboard, but as I work in an industrial setting, I wanted a clamshell to protect my main screen. Overall, I am pleased, but not blown away. Got this phone when my slider's screen died on me. *If you download ringtones off the internet on your phone, they will work, but you can't set it as your ringtone. *There is no headphones jack - you need to buy special headphones if you want to listen to music. *The things you can do on the front are: write a message, look at the inbox, call/look at address book, and listen to music. *It's hard to get to the Speed Dial settings, so that was a little confusing.
*There has been lots of talk about whether or not you can put signatures on this phone - you can't. Things you should know before buying this phone: This is one of the best phones I have ever had.
